Commerciality Statement

Sheergard Composite Solutions Inc. (SCS) is a small business specializing in the design, engineering, and fabrication of radome and concealment systems using advanced polymer-based composite materials developed for the Sheergard® brand. Our materials are engineered for strength, RF transparency, and hydrophobic performance—maintaining structural integrity and excellent electromagnetic performance even in the harshest environmental and mechanical conditions.

Sheergard adds value through tailored radome system integration, offering design, fabrication, installation, training, and repair services. We also supply Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) auxiliary equipment, with the majority of these items sourced from U.S. small businesses. All Sheergard radome systems are built from proven, commercially available materials and components, and meet the definition of a “Commercial Item” under FAR 2.101.

Because each customer project is unique—varying in configuration, scale, and operational requirements—Sheergard does not maintain a standard catalog or price list for finished systems. However, we are happy to discuss your needs directly and provide project-specific pricing and technical support.

Our radome solutions include air-supported, pre-tensioned, post-tensioned, and hybrid systems, rigid sandwich composite, and metal space frame radomes available in a wide range of sizes, geometries, and structural configurations. We also manufacture electromagnetic (EM) windows and planar antenna covers, supporting both commercial and government customers worldwide. Standard pricing is available for select antenna cover products supplied through OEM partners.
